First grease a 9x13" pyrex dish with butter
Fill the dish with 32 ounce bag of frozen shoestring potatoes
sprinkle with two onions that are chopped
In a blender mix one 10 oz.container of sour cream, one can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup milk, 1cup of beef bouillon,and
4oz. melted butter. Pour all over potatoes.
Sprinkle with 8oz. of grated sharp cheese (cheddar) and 8 oz. of shredded jack cheese and 8 oz. of swiss cheese
Sprinkle the top with crushed potato chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. (I added 1 lb. of chopped up Bob Evans sausage links that are cooked but this is optional).
